Cost to Catalyst Change Makers Report | Change Makers

AI is moving fast. Confidence isn’t. We’ve just published Cost to Catalyst, our latest Change Makers x Xalient report, built from a candid conversation with senior leaders on what it really takes to turn AI momentum into something meaningful. The discussion didn’t centre on models or tools. It centred on readiness. On the gap between ambition at the top and what organisations can actually support underneath. And on a growing realisation that what’s holding AI back isn’t complexity, it’s clarity. There’s a shift starting to happen. Away from chasing pace, and towards building the conditions that make progress stick. The organisations getting ahead aren’t necessarily moving slower or faster, they’re moving with intent. This report captures that inflection point. Thank you to everyone who contributed so openly to the discussion, Tushar Mhaske, Flo Akingbade Jonathan Loretto, Didar Gelici, Shlomo Y., Sandeep Pankhania, Ian Finn FCIM, CMkr, MIoD, Pragya Madaan & Katie Friis and to our partners at Xalient for helping shape these insights, Jaye Tillson,Glenn Wiseman, Stephen Amstutz.
