This manifesto brings together the views of hundreds of young people in Scotland about what they think should happen to make school better for children and young people whose families live on low incomes. All the young people who have contributed to School Shouldn't Cost believe strongly that poverty should not be a barrier to learning, and this manifesto has been written to present to politicians and decision makers ahead of the Scottish elections in 2026.
